Every year there are home design competitions that are run by various organizations around the country with various house themes and plans in mind. These competitions are run with the objective of rewarding builders and designers for home designs that meet a variety of criteria for innovation and originality in specific directions. They will call on a number of builders to submit plans and contribute new designs to help them with their decisions on how the renewal should be done and what the final urban houses will look like.
