BOWA Builders, recognized by Inc. One of the more unique aspects of the home is that BOWA was able to incorporate a 100 year old walnut tree that was in the path of construction into the home by milling the lumber and using the wood to build a custom entertainment center and provide custom kitchen island countertops. The winning remodeling project is an addition of an indoor/outdoor entertaining pavilion. The new Pennsylvania blue stone floor extends out to the motor court to emphasize the connection from indoor to outdoor. And an over-sized stone fireplace and a cedar plank ceiling with hand cut beams were used to invoke a "lodge feel".
