Plan Options

Full reverse plans- mirror images with right-reading letters- and foundation options are available for most plans. A materials list is available for all plans.

Modifications

Donald A. Gardner Design Services, LLC can modify plans to meet your requirements and those of your homebuyers. Common modifications include a change in exterior materials, garage expansions and 2x6 conversions. Extensive modifications may require a custom design.

Volume Discount

If you purchase four different plans simultaneously, you can receive a 5th plan (of equal or lesser value) for free. To qualify for this discount, you must purchase a minimum of four sets per plan. This offer only applies to 4-sets, 8-sets and vellums. Fees for options and modifications are not included. All five plans must be ordered at the same time. They will be shipped together. The Volume Discount does not apply to orders on CAD. If you simultaneously purchase four plans on CAD, you may qualify to receive a special discount or product based on the current CAD promotion.
