Systems Built Home – Quality Control-Each Step In The Construction Process

Cougar, LLC a development company based outside of Atlanta have joined forces with All American Homes, the largest "Systems Built Home Builder" in the country to break ground on a "systems built" home in White County.

While most people haven't heard the term "systems built," studies and surveys show that this form of housing is the wave of the future and it will soon be available in White County and surrounding areas.

Grant Smereczynsky, with Cougar LLC said, "Our first home was delievered, set-up, and completed within 30 days and is already under contract. I'm excited about bringing this product to the area. The first home being built is a 2000 sq. ft. two-story Cape Cod, but sizes can range from 1000-3600 sq. ft. for a standard home. This really gives homebuyers an affordable alternative while getting a quality built and carefully constructed home that will last them a lifetime. We can construct the home on one of our homesites or we can work with a homebuyer to put a home on their land."

The Sectional Built Advantage includes quality control-each step in the construction process is carefully monitored within an environment-controlled factory. Over time, all of the problem areas are identified and incorporated into all future work. There are hundreds of custom designs to choose from including Ranch, Cape Cod, Traditional and many others. Materials stay dry - when was the last time you built a house that didn't get soaked by rain or snow once or twice before it was done? Expensive materials aren't subjected to extremes in humidity or temperature so expansion and contraction problems are minimal. Plus, only the best products are chosen for each home.

Less overhead also means a better cost to the home buyer. When comparing the square footage and quality of construction, a typical stick-built home builder would have a difficult time building a comparable home. A turnkey sectional built home costs 5 - 20% less than its stick built counterpart.

Shorter scheduling - The average completion time from a buildable order is 45 days from start to finish. This provides flexability for the home buyer without the six, 12 and even 18 month turnaround times for stick-built homes. Not to mention, unreliable subs, short-cuts on building procedures and the adverse outside elements during the entire building process.

Cougar's plans are to continue to develop homesites within White County and Stephens County while working with local realtors and home buyers to identify additional homesites in the area. Cougar is seeking ideal buildable land for the model home site and/or subdivision in White County and has 23 lot subdivision underway in Stephens County. "So far, we are excited about the calls and interest in this product", says Smereczynsky.
