Single-Family Home Plan – Monterey Collection

Transeastern Homes has released the Monterey Collection of single-family home floor plans at Laguna Lakes in South Fort Myers.

The Monterey Collection consists of four floor plans.

The Alameda model is a single-story home with 1,341 square feet under air and 1,847 total square feet. The home offers two bedrooms, two baths, a formal dining room, a great room with a coffer ceiling and sliding glass doors leading to the lanai. The master suite also has sliding glass doors that open to the lanai, a walk-in-closet, shower bathe and separate water closet.

The single-story Bel Air model is a two-bedroom, two-bath and a study home with 1,503 square feet under air and a total of 2,013 square feet. The great room-style home has coffer ceilings in the great room, dining room and master suite. The guest bedroom has a walk-in closet and the kitchen features a wrap-around bar that is open to the dining room.

The Carmel is a two story model with three-bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths and a family room. The home offers 1,786 square feet under air and a total of 2,438 square feet, including an attached two-car garage and screened and lanai. The first floor of this home features formal living and dining rooms with raised ceilings, a family room that is open to both the lanai and the spacious kitchen. Upstairs, the master suite has two closets, one of which is a walk-in, and two bedrooms sharing a full bath.

The Del Sol model is a two-story home offering four bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths and a family room. This home has 2,086 square feet under air and a total of 2,795 square feet. On the first floor is a family room, a kitchen with a breakfast room, formal living and dining rooms and powder room. The 2nd floor has the master suite with an oversized walk-in closet and three additional bedrooms that share two baths. Interior features of the Monterey Collection include eight-foot high sliding glass doors and raised ceilings, and 13-inch ceramic tile in the wet areas.

The kitchens feature raised panel cabinetry and Moen stainless steel sinks. All homes include a lanai and attached two-car garage.
