Masonry Homes recently broke ground at their newest condominium community The Fields at Hampstead. The community will feature 66 garden-style condominium homes. Each home will offer two bedrooms and two full baths priced from the $120’s. Construction on the first building is scheduled to be completed by the end of the year. Masonry Homes is the largest independently owned builder in Carroll County. Their president, Martin K.P. Hill started Masonry Homes in 1971, when as Masonry Contractors, Inc. he began building homes for families throughout Maryland.
