One of the region's most prolific house builders is opening a new site in Gilberdyke. For Peter Ward Homes, it will be a return to building upmarket 4 bedroom houses. However, the company built its reputation on building executive homes in highly desirable locations and our latest two sites, Spaldingate at Holme-upon-Spalding-Moor and Sandholme Park, our newest site, see us returning to this successful formula."

Spaldingate, which, opened late last year, is already proving successful. With four bedroomed detached houses, selling between £130,000 and £165,000 the development is proving very popular. Its proximity to the motorway and access to the rest of East Yorkshire make it a very desirable location. "Spaldingate was our return to dedicated upmarket sites with executive style housing, since 1998. Whilst we still have mixed locations such as St Goerges at Goole and Halls Ropery at Barton, these new sites, in popular villages, really suit the larger family homes," said Peter Ward.

It is for this reason that the company's next site is to be opened in July in Gilberdyke. Called Sandholme Park it is a development of 52 plots with a mix of four bedroomed houses. The first phase of 15 plots will have seven different house types. All offer the usual high specification you expect from a Peter Ward Home.
